By using our Services, you understand and agree that we merely provide you with a platform to publish content, including text, images, photos, audio, videos, comments and other materials (hereinafter referred to as "User Content") and to publicly share User Content. This means that, subject to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service, other users may search, view, use or share any User Content you publicly post through our Services.
This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, users and other visitors of our Services ("User" or "you").

Permissions We May Need
When providing services, we may collect, store and use the following information related to you. If you do not provide the relevant information, you may not be able to register as our user or enjoy certain services we provide, or the intended effects of the relevant services may not be achieved.

To enable you to use audio and video calls, or related camera functions and services, we request your authorization for camera permission;
- To enable you to use audio and video calls, voice recording or voice-related functions or services, we request your authorization for microphone permission;

To enable you to upload avatars or save captured photos/audio/video and other content, we request your authorization for storage permission;

To enable you to add geographic location information, we request your authorization for location information (precise location information is considered sensitive personal information);

To enable you to access the media library to import iTunes music for video editing, we request your authorization for media library permission;

To remind you to view new interactive messages (such as real-name verification, audio and video calls) or other app-related message pushes, we request your authorization for notification permission;

To ensure the normal operation of the software and services, improve and optimize our service experience and protect your account security, we will collect your device model, operating system, unique device identifier (a string of characters programmed into the device by the manufacturer that can uniquely identify the device), MAC address, login IP address, software version number, access network method, type and status, network quality data, device accelerometer (e.g., gravity sensor), operation logs, service logs and other log information. Such information is the basic information necessary to provide the services.

Information We May Collect
When providing services, we may collect, store and use the following information related to you. If you do not provide the relevant information, you may not be able to register as our user or enjoy certain services we provide, or the intended effects of the relevant services may not be achieved.
Information you provide:

The username, password and email address you provide when registering an account or using our services. If you register or use our services through a third-party network platform (including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, QQ), you authorize us to obtain the relevant information you provide to that third-party platform, including but not limited to your avatar, username, profile information, friend relationships, and content you share through the third-party platform.

Profile information you provide for your user profile (e.g., name, photo). This information may help us or others to "find" you on our Services.
- User Content you post through our Services (e.g., photos, videos, comments and other materials).

Communications between you and us. For example, we may send you service-related emails (e.g., account verification, service feature changes/updates, technical and security notices). Note: you cannot opt out of receiving service-related emails.
Finding friends:

You can locate others using user accounts by searching for names and usernames. You also understand and agree that other users of our Services can locate you through your user account or other key information by searching for names and usernames.

Information we obtain:
We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for our Services. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Services, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that helps us improve our Services. We collect this information and use it in combination with analytics information collected from other users, so that this information cannot be used to identify any specific individual user.

- Log file information

Each time you request to access our web pages or launch our applications, your browser or relevant application automatically records and reports log file information. Log file information is also provided when web page content or applications are downloaded to your browser or device.

When you use our Services, our servers automatically record certain log file information, including: your web requests, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, referring/exit pages and URLs, click counts and interactions with links, domains, landing pages, viewed pages, information about the applications and other software you have used, and other such information.

We also collect similar information from emails sent to users, which helps us track which emails have been opened and which links recipients have clicked. This information can more accurately report and improve our Services.
- Device identifiers

When you use a mobile device (such as a tablet or mobile phone) to access our Services, we may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store one or more "device identifiers". Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device, which uniquely identify your mobile device. Device identifiers may be data stored in connection with the device hardware, data stored in connection with the device's operating system or other software, or data sent to the device by us.
- Network information and device sensor information

To ensure the security of system operation, during your use of our products/services, we will also obtain your network information (WIFI BSSID, WIFI SSID, WIFI scan list), installed application list and other device information.

When you use the video recording function, we will read device sensor data. Please understand that standalone device sensor data cannot be combined with other information to identify a specific natural person. If such non-personal information is used in combination with personal information, during the period of combination, such non-personal information will be treated as personal information and protected by this Privacy Policy.
- Metadata

Metadata is usually technical data associated with User Content. For example, metadata can describe how, when and by whom a piece of User Content was collected and how that content is formatted.

Users can add or may have added metadata to their User Content, including hashtags (e.g., to mark keywords when posting a video), geotags (e.g., to mark your location for a video), comments or other data. This can make your User Content more searchable and more interactive for others. If you tag a video's geographic location or use others' APIs to tag your video, and make the video public according to your privacy settings, your latitude and longitude will be stored with the video and can be searched by others (e.g., through location or map functions).
- Personal information of your end users

When you register and start using the various services of the Quallenge APP, or when the Quallenge APP switches to run in the background, in order to ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, ensure the secure operation, operational quality and efficiency of the software and services, we will collect information about the services you use and how you use them, and associate this information. This information includes: Device information: Based on the specific permissions you grant during software installation and use, we will receive and record information related to the device you use (including device model, operating system version, settings parameters, device configuration, device identifiers (IMEI/Android ID/OAID/IDFA/IDFV/UDID/MEID/ICCID/SIM card IMSI information, etc.), device serial number, MAC address, device network information (operator information/WIFI information/SIM card status/WiFi status/WiFi list/SSID/BSSID), device environment, software list, running process information, SDCard information, sensor list and other software and hardware feature information), and device location-related information (including GPS location you authorize, as well as WLAN access points, Bluetooth and base station and other sensor information);
- Self-start and associated start

In order to enable message and notification push capability for the APP, after integrating the Jiguang Push SDK, the Quallenge APP server transmits the information you want to push to the Jiguang server by calling Jiguang's server-side API, and Jiguang will push your messages and notifications to your users through secure encryption.
In this process, we will collect the personal information necessary to implement the service: ① Device parameters and system information (device type, device model, system version, and related hardware information): used to identify the user's device type, device model, system version, etc., to ensure accurate message delivery;
② Device identifiers (IMEI, IDFA, Android ID, GAID, MAC, OAID, VAID, AAID, IMSI, MEID, UAID, hardware serial number information, ICCID, SIM information. UAID (Uniform Anonymous Identifier) is a unified anonymous identifier launched by telecom operators.): used to identify unique users, ensure accurate delivery of push notifications and accurate statistics of push information;
③ Network information and location information (IP address, WiFi information, base station information, DNS address, DHCP address, SSID, BSSID.): used to optimize the network connection request between the SDK and Jiguang server, ensure the stability and continuity of the service.
How We May Use Information
In addition to some of the specific information uses described in this Privacy Policy, we may use the information we receive for:
- Helping you to efficiently access your information after login.
- Providing, improving, testing and monitoring the effectiveness of our Services.
- Developing and testing new products and features.
- Monitoring metrics such as total visitor counts, traffic and demographic patterns.
- Diagnosing or resolving technical problems.
- Automatically updating applications on your device.

We or other users may organize contests, special offers or other events through the Services. If you do not want to participate in an event, please do not use the specific metadata (i.e., hashtags or geotags) associated with that event.

You can unsubscribe from such communications by clicking the "unsubscribe link" provided in our email communications. As noted above, you cannot opt out of receiving service-related communications (e.g., account verification, purchase and billing confirmations and reminders, service feature changes/updates, technical and security notices).
Sharing Your Information
Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we will not lend or sell your information to third parties outside of the Company and its related entities without your consent.
Parties with whom we may share your information:

We may share User Content and your information (including but not limited to cookie information, log files, device identifiers, location data and usage data) with businesses that are or will be part of the same corporate group as the Company ("Affiliates"). Affiliates may use this information to help provide, understand and improve our Services (including by providing analytics) and their own services (including to provide you with better and more relevant experiences). However, these Affiliates will respect your choices regarding who can view your information.

Except for the integrated third-party SDKs, we will not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent.

We may remove data that can identify you and share anonymized data with other parties. We may also combine your information with other information in a way that is no longer associated with you and share that aggregated information.
Parties with whom you may choose to share your User Content:

Any information or content you voluntarily disclose for posting on the Services, such as User Content, will be controlled by your privacy settings to determine the scope of users who can view your shared information and User Content, or the scope of User Content you choose to share. To change your privacy settings on the Services, please change your profile settings. After you share User Content or make it public, that User Content may be re-shared by others. Therefore, please carefully consider and choose the User Content you upload, post and communicate through our Services.

Based on your profile and privacy settings, other users can search any of your User Content that is made public, subject to our API terms.

If you delete information posted on the Services, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Services; if other users or third parties using our API have copied or saved that information, it may also remain viewable.
What happens in the event of a change of control:

If we sell or otherwise transfer the Company or our assets, in whole or in part, to another organization (e.g., in the event of a transaction such as a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation), information such as your name, email address, User Content and any other information collected through our Services may be among the items sold or transferred. You will continue to own your User Content. The buyer or transferee will be required to honor the commitments we have made in this Privacy Policy.
Responding to legal requirements and preventing harm:

Please do your part to help us. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to emails between you and us at all times. Your privacy settings may also be affected by changes the social media services you connect to us make to their services. We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy or security measures of any other organization.

We will retain your personal information only for the period necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and within the time limits required by applicable laws and regulations.
We use various security technologies and procedures to help protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure. For example, in some services, we will use encryption technology (e.g., SSL) to protect the personal information you provide. However, please understand that due to technical limitations and the possible existence of various malicious means, in the internet industry, even if we do our best to strengthen security measures, we cannot always guarantee 100% security of information. You have the right to access and copy your personal information
You can access the relevant personal information you have provided to us according to the relevant instructions (or settings) of the products and services we provide. You can view your personal information in the profile section under "Settings—Account and Security".

You have the right to delete your personal information
For some of your personal information, you can also actively delete the information you provide through the functional pages of the relevant products and services we provide. For example, you can independently delete videos, posts, pictures, etc. that you have published. Once you delete such information, we will delete or anonymize it, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
You can directly request us to delete your personal information in the following circumstances, except where the information has been anonymized or otherwise provided by laws and regulations:
- When our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;
- When we collect and use your personal information without your consent;
- When our processing of personal information violates our agreement with you;
- When you cancel your Quallenge account;
- When we terminate our services and operations.
You have the right to withdraw your authorization for personal information
As mentioned above, some functions of the products and services we provide require access to relevant permissions on your device (including storage, camera, microphone, location, etc.). You can withdraw (or stop) your continued authorization for that permission at any time through system settings after authorization. You can also permanently withdraw all authorizations for our continued collection of your personal information by canceling your account. You need to understand that when you withdraw your authorization, we will not be able to continue to provide you with the specific functions and/or services corresponding to the withdrawn authorization. However, your decision to withdraw authorization will not affect the personal information processing previously carried out based on your authorization.
You have the right to cancel your account
You can apply for cancellation of your account through the online cancellation application. When you cancel your account, the videos in your account and the behavioral data generated by you in the community will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered; the digital assets in your account will be cleared and cannot be recovered. The cancellation path in the Quallenge App is: "Settings—Account and Security—Cancel Account".

How long we retain your User Content:
Following termination or deactivation of your account, the Company, its Affiliaries or service providers may retain information (including your profile information) and User Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival and/or audit purposes.
Protection of Minors
We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from minors under the age of fourteen or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Services. The Services and their content are not directed at minors under the age of fourteen. For details, please see the "Guidelines for the Protection of Minors' Personal Information". If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor under the age of fourteen without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe we might have any information from a minor under the age of fourteen, please contact us.
Third Party Software Development Kits (SDKs)
To ensure the stable operation of Quallenge or to implement related functions, we may access software development kits (SDKs) provided by third parties. We will conduct strict security monitoring on SDKs that access personal information to protect your personal information security. For the relevant third-party SDKs we access, please refer to the "List of Third-Party SDKs Accessed by Quallenge". You can view the third party's data use and protection rules through relevant links. Please note that third-party SDKs may change their types of personal information processing due to version upgrades, policy adjustments, etc. Please refer to their officially published descriptions.
Other Websites and Services
We are not responsible for the practices of any websites or services linked to or from our Services, including the information or content contained in them. Please remember that when you use a link to go from our Services to another website or service, our Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party websites or services. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website or service, including those that have a link on our website, are subject to that third party's own rules and policies. In addition, you agree that we are not responsible for and have no control over any third party that you authorize to access your User Content. If you are using a third-party website or service and allow it to access your User Content, you do so at your own risk.
